Denise has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years.

Three generations of family who have built bought and sold houses. This paved the path for Denise to realise her passion and act. Residential buying and selling in the Nerang Hinterland area is her specialty. Being a true local of 30 years gives her the knowledge and expertise the sellers deserve.

From a very young age, Denise helped her family find parcels of land with her Grandparents. They would then develop and build. One of her greatest achievements.

The achievements continued, assisting her Mother and Father. Denise helped sell their homes for profit every 2 years.

Marriage and Children did not stop her. She directed her passion into renovating. Flipping units and then creating the dream family home in Nerang.

Denise believes the Nerang & Hinterland area offers everything anybody could ever need. There are many styles of homes and sizes. Neighborhoods with views of the ocean or to the mountains. You will find a home in this area to suit all.

Denise also believes in a philosophy that the seller and the buyers are as important as each other. This creates a solid foundation to do great business together.

When not selling Real Estate you will find Denise Baking. Her seven grandchildren love creating all sorts of beautiful delights. Her other passion is raising much-needed funds for the Nerang Neighbourhood Food Service.
