M1 Realty is heavily involved in the Gold Coast community, proud members of Nerang Rotary Club, Mehmet, our Principal is the President of the club. M1 Realty is involved with the local PCYC, Nerang High School, Nerang Soccer Club, Nerang Juniors Rugby, Nerang State High Drumline, Club Nerang RSL Netball, Pacific Pines Football Club, Tails of the Forgotten, Guanaba Rural Fire Services.

Being a JP – Mehmet has assisted many locals with documentation over the years.

Living locally in the 4211 area, our children grew up and went to school here, played for local sports club, work locally and now have begun purchasing their own homes in the 4211 postcode.

We are locals helping locals.

We are proud supporters and are involved in the local Adopt a Grandparent drive which provides gifts for our elderly in our local aged care facilities, some of who do not have any family or friends to visit them.   Christmas/Mothers Day and Fathers day we go armed with gifts for our valued local elderley residents.  We are a drop off point for any donations to this cause and all is welcome.

We are also support the local schools traineeships and have guided our local students in the business of real estate.
